Marktgasse Hotel - Zurich

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like 24-hour reception, coffee shop, and air conditioning. The staff once helped return my forgotten earpods, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Location: the hotel was not far from Trams, and the train station and the luxury shopping district. The breakfast was delicious at those rates, with outstanding food. The staff were gentle and amicable all the time...

Incredible location by great shops, superfriendly staff, everything was perfect. Appreciated reasonably sized room with a huge very comfortable bed, felt like we were home. Try fresh dishes served at the outdoor restaurant.

The room was well decorated and well-equipped and the view on the old town was magnificent. The service was efficient with parking nearby. The staff was very professional, so I would definitely book again.

Charming hotel, convenient location, we enjoyed the spacious bathroom with quality Aesop toiletries and great air conditioning, while also being just a 15-minute walk from the main train station.

I was frustrated when we arrived to find that the hotel was incorrectly advertised. This unexpected cost, along with the misleading information, left us very disappointed from the start of our stay.

The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the charming old town, and the complimentary self-serve mineral water stations were a thoughtful touch. Staff were friendly and eager to share local recommendations. One area for improvement would be to add coffee-making facilities in the room for added convenience.
